aream Group SE is growing rapidly and is expanding its management structure accordingly: René Kautz, previously Managing Director at aream GmbH, is joining the company's management with immediate effect and has been appointed Managing Director and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of aream Group SE. This move enables the aream Group to take advantage of new market opportunities and further advance its position as a leading project developer and asset manager with a focus on sustainable infrastructure.

In addition to René Kautz as CCO, the management team includes Markus W. Voigt as Executive Chairman and Patrick Lemcke-Braselmann as Co-CEO. In addition to the Energy Markets division, Kautz will be responsible for Retail Sales, Human Resources and Joint Venture Management. The strategic orientation of the aream Group will remain unchanged. Rather, the new management structure serves to clarify the distribution of tasks and strengthen operational implementation along the three central pillars of the Group: Operations and Asset Management, Project Development and Energy Markets.

Kautz has been with aream since 2021 and previously worked for Hamburg Commercial Bank (formerly HSH Nordbank AG) in the renewable energies sector in Germany and abroad.
