On June 6th and 7th 2020 two new wind turbines of the manufacturer Vestas type V126 were technically approved by aream. The turbines are located in the Lauda-Heckfeld wind farm in Baden-Württemberg, which aream purchased for the Clean Energy Future Fund only in March this year. Each of the turbines generates approx. 7.5 million kWh of electricity per year, which is enough for about 4000 three-person households.

The plants have been on the grid since February 2020. However, aream has only now been able to carry out a technical acceptance due to Covid-19. This "delayed" technical acceptance had the advantage that the performance of the wind turbines could be observed since February. We are very satisfied with the present results of the performance and the technical acceptance.
