In light of its strong growth, aream Group SE has strengthened its Board of Directors with two industry specialists: Christine Brockwell and Dr. Erik Oldekop have been appointed as two new non-executive directors to the supervisory body. The Board of Directors is acting in an advisory capacity to the managing directors and is supporting aream Group SE’s growth objectives.

The Board of Directors of aream Group SE now comprises one executive director and four non-executive directors:

• Markus W. Voigt, as executive director, is Chairman of the Board of Directors and, in a dual role, Executive Chairman of aream Group SE.
• Christine Brockwell, previously Chief Investment Officer of the aream Group and prior to that Chief Product Officer of Aquila Clean Energy, brings extensive transaction experience in the renewable energy sector to the board.
• Dr. Franz Wilhelm Hopp, a former member of the Executive Board of the ERGO Insurance Group, has over 30 years of experience in financing and mergers & acquisitions.
• Dr. Erik Oldekop, CEO of GreenStone Energy GmbH, which recently deepened its cooperation with aream, is an expert in energy supply, trading and markets.
• Nicole Waibel, Managing Director at Crescent Capital, has almost 30 years of experience in alternative investment, corporate finance and capital raising.

Ingo Panknin, Managing Director of MPREIS Warenvertriebs GmbH, and Vincent Simioni, Manager at SOA People, have stepped down from the Board of Directors.

Following strong growth in recent years, the executive management team of aream Group SE has also recently been expanded. René Kautz, who joined aream Group in 2021 from Hamburg Commercial Bank, has been appointed Managing Director and Chief Commercial Officer.
