Hydrogen has had its day even before it comes into real use - at least for powering vehicles. And that's despite the fact that hydrogen is probably the better concept. But it is like the Video 2000 system in the 1980s: It was better than VHS, but disappeared into oblivion because of the arrogance of its engineers. The hydrogen car follows this example.

Holidaymakers and sun-seekers were disappointed by July. Overall, the past month was significantly too wet and rather lacking in sunshine. This also depressed energy production from photovoltaics, which fell short of its target values. For wind, the shortfall has also widened this year. "Investors are therefore well advised to base their portfolios on several pillars", said Markus W. Voigt, CEO of aream Group.

On August 1st 2021, René Kautz joined the aream Group as Head of Project Finance. He is responsible for project finance and sales as well as key account management in the company, which specializes in renewable energies.

At its most recent meeting, the European Central Bank decided to include climate protection as a further objective of its monetary policy. "This is a good step", says Markus W. Voigt, CEO of aream Group. "Even better than formulating vague targets would be to proceed as the Japanese central bank is doing." In any case, both new and existing investments in renewables will increase in value.
